RE: shotgun shooting high
if you have a vent rib just purchase an adjustable screw on site. there like 30$ and come with a front and rear sight. your hunting deer and not rabbits with that buckshot. take the time to teach your son to aim. its not like your not swinging the barrel through killing birds. put some sights on that barrel and treat it more like a rifle. youve taken the time to pattern the gun so your off to a good start. i wouldnt bother with getting the barrel bent.

Went out today and used sandbags. Solved my problem. My sight picture must have been wrong before. As far as the choke, it was everything I had hoped. With the factory chokes, I could not even get all the pellets on paper. The Trulock extended choke solved the problem.

i had this same problem on my 1100, but it shot low, 8 to 10 inches.
i got a pitch spacer from ballistc products incand fixed the problem for 11. or 12 bucks.
wether you need a positive pitchspacer, or neg pitch spacer, i cant say. But if you email BPI they can help you, they helped me,
hope this helps, roland
