I really like the one you did for your friend. Nice work. I'm not a big fan of plain synthetic stocks. They have a purpose, but they are usually ugly and feel cold to me. Your paint job does a nick job making a homely rifle look pretty nice. It's comparable to many of the top shelf composite stocks out there like the McMillan and HS Precision appearance wise.
I think my daughter (4 years old) would get a real kick out of the pink stock you did your your daughter. I had her with me at Scheel's the other day and she saw one of the tiny youth .22's (Chipmunk maybe) that was pink and immediately told me she liked it because pink is her favorite color. Maybe in a couple more years she'll be ready to have her first .22, and I'm betting she'll want it in pink!
