Default marlin 30-30 and hornady

im thinking about buying a new marlin 30-30 and shooting them hornady shells and im just wondering if they shoot as good as they say they do and what scope should i get thanks

Yep they're that good. Mine shots 1 1/2'' at 100 yards and drops deer dead.

Hornady Rounds are deadly. I shotmy largestbuck everthis year with 130gr SP hornady round from my 270 and you could just tell all of the energy of that round was transferred directly into that animal. It hit took out the back of the lungs and blew right out the other side...He wobbled...he staggered...and crumbled...lights out.

My girlfriend used my 30/30 with the new hornady round this past weekend. She killed 2 does with it and the blood trails were amazing.
I was really impressed with the round.
