If your gonna use only off the shelf ammo go with the .338 Win.Mag., remember if you forget the ammo at home a local store may not stock "premium" ammo. If not any of the ones mentioned can perform good on moose with the proper bullet.

I shoot a 7mm mag, 165 grn.boattail soft pnt.
On deer it is a little over kill, but as an all around big game rifle in my opinion, if it walks on 4 feet, I can kill it. Remember shot placement is by far way more important than power. A 7 mm is faster, flatter shooting and has more velocity than the 30-06
In my opinion it wouldn't be a hard choice to make. Good Luck and shootem in the heart.

close to equal but I'm buying a 7mm rem mag for the reason that it has better range, a little more power than the 30-06 and moose could be taken with it without much problem, plus you dont want to overkill a deer with a 300 and ruin the front end.
