Always KeepThe Muzzle Pointed In A Safe Direction. Treat Every Gun As If It Were Loaded. Be Sure Of Your Target And Beyond. Not Following These Three Commandments Will Almost Certainly End Up In Tragedy.

Human error, Ignoring the safety laws, and people that just don' t give a damn about human life.

I have yet to see a gun get out of it' s case and just begin shooting at people.

I may have gotten a mild case of carpal tunnel syndrome after shooting 500 rounds through my 92fs one day- I did get a sore thumb from reloading magazines. I also remember scratching the palm of one of my hands on the thin front sight of one of my rifles once while taking it out of the case.

Not knowing firearm saftey (ignorance), and carelessness. I believe it should be mandatory that everyone should have to take a firearms saftey course. Good luck.
