bottom line, the 223 is really to light for massive bodied deer. maybe just maybe if you loaded it w/ a high retention high quality bullet thats hold together like a barnes it would make less then average "bean field" caliber.

I'm impressed everyone for the most part has"played nice" I was expecting a knock down drag out kind of affair.
