...This is a thought that I have ponderd....17 30 round clips for the ar's,11 20 round clips for the PLR-16 and I wount even go into clips for my hand guns....I have the right to defend myself,wife,children,home and COUNTRY....

I've heard/seen gun owners get squeamish about answering the question of how many guns they have before, like it's the most personal question ever asked. Personally, I don't get that. I'll tell anyone who asks, although I don't actually know the exact answer. I know it's over 20, but beyond that I'm not 100% sure. There'll be at least one more in the next few weeks or so. Gun show season is upon us. 
As for being worried about not telling how many over an internet message board for fear of being robbed? I *really* don't get that. If you follow that logic, none of us should say anything about anything we own. IMO, the odds of getting robbed by someone checking messageboards to 'scope' your place are about the same as winning the lottery. Besides that, if you can get past the alarm system, and more importantly -the dogs - more power to you.

Wow suddelly I feel very small because I only have six and I got 3 of those in the past year. I have many more in mind to get over the next few years though.
And I'm not worried about anyone coming to steal my guns. They couldn't even find my house unless I gave them directions.
In order recieved
1. Winchester 20 gauge singleshot.
2. Marlin 336 30-30 win.
3. Mossberg 500 12 gauge
4. Magnum Research Baby Desert Eagle 9mm (only gun I havebought)
5. Ruger M77 Mark II .270 win.
6. Ruger 10/22 Deluxe

Funny you should post this. After selling my old '06 this week, I have decided to sell off the rest, except the Glock, and start over. The cash I generate should pay for a fewer number of higher-quality guns. Plus, there's the joy of shopping for and buying the new ones.

My god some of you guys have a lot of guns. I guess technically i only have 2 guns, both 870s one in 20 gauge and one in 12. That being said my father has over 30 long guns so i have kind of taken over a couple of those, so i really have more then i could ever need/use haha.
