Are you speaking of the 308 Win in a TC encore?
Or are you talking of a 30 TC in an encore?
The 308 IMO is a great round.Lots of factory ammo out there, accurate, efficient on game.
The 30 TC on the other hand is ballisticly fine but is the biggest piece of marketing scam junk out there. The last thing the market needed was another mid velocity 30 caliber. The 308, 30-06, 300 Savage, all cover that range greatly.
