Which Would You Choose?
If, and it's a BIG if, but if you were required to either sell all your lever guns except one, and keep your bolt guns, or sell all your bolt guns except one and keep your lever guns, which of the two choices would you make, and why?

<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>I would sell the levers and keep the bolts . I shoot at bench rest shoots and the lever action is of no use to me there .<img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>

i only have 2 bolts and one lever..id keep the lever just because it brings about 650 right now and i shoot my first deer with that...id sell my 22 bolt..i got a semi and a pistol 22..id keep the mauser just because its the best and id have to change my name...if i had to sell the 22 id buy a pump 22..(cant hunt with a semi here) my dad had one and when them tree rats wouldnt take the first shot that quick follow up was nice because alot of times theyd look at him and hed hit them the second time...

In a bolt action it would be the rifle my dad left me a JC-Higgins Model 51 30-06 Sprg. I only own one lever action my first gun Marlin Model 336 30-30, but I would really like a 450 Alaskan. Goood luck.

That's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned. I'd definitely keep the bolts. However, I wouldn't sell my levers. I'd give them to my two sons who will get them eventually anyways. gg.
