Default FFL Needed?

I've negotiated a deal with a guy on the net and he says that to ship a gun, it must be received by someone with an FFL. I thought that was only the case when purchasing from a dealer with an FFL. When two private citizens sell guns, they don't need an FFL, right?

Default RE: FFL Needed?

Nevermind. I answered my own question. I went to the ATF website and found out that yes, you do need to use someone with an FFL when the transaction takes place between states.
