I wish they made one for the Bisley Hunter. So far nobody makes one for it.

I was just on Hogue site couple days ago hoping they had come up with grips for the Bisley Hunter.I looked everywhere shortly after buying it over a year ago - nothing.I'm surpised nobody is making hunting/target style grips for that gun.

Well I got the wrong grip. Didn't relize there was a differance in the super black hawk 44 and the bisley new model super black hawk 44 . Whats kind of funny is, I triied to get a hogue grip for my colt 45 a while back. Nobody makes them since the model 45 I have was discontinued. Not saying I'm keeping score or anthing but crap I'm 0-2. [8D]

I talked to someone at Pachmayer a while back and they said they were considering a run of grips for the Bisley Hunter. Everyone who would like one should call and bug them.

Just e-mailed Hogue and Pachmayr with question on producing a moulded grip for Ruger Bisley.

Will wait and see what response is.

ummmm...kinda obvious difference isn't there. J/K I don't see the real need for a rubber Bisley grip. that design allows much better roll compared to the plow handle design thus making it more pleasant to shoot. That and rubbers on a Bisley is just wrong in so many ways anyways. Heck SA's deserve wood.

If they build them, I will coms. And get a pair. The wood are nice to look at but on the 44, they do your hand no favors

Rec'd response from Hogue on Bisley molded rubber grips.

"Nothing in molded rubber. It will be a while, due to a lot of things, numbers produced, mold costs of $40,000 and up" etc..etc..
