Springfield XD 9mm - Out of Stock almost everywhere - Anyone know when the 2007's should shipout?
Hey All,
I've been looking around and talked with some store owners and theSpringfield XD 9mm are out of stock almost everywhere. They seem to be waiting for the 2007's to ship. Anyone hear anything about when they should start arriving in stores?

Shortage must only be in some areas because I looked at two dealers today and they both had them on display . ReasonI noticed them is my partner carries one and he was amazed how much they have gone up .

I work for a gun shop near St. Louis MO and we have plenty of the XD 9's and 40's in stock. Wholesaler has them also... The one that we have had trouble getting on a regular basis would be the XD-45 mentioned. We can't keep them in stock for one and can't seem to get them on a regular basis..

Tell me exactly what you're looking for: Caliber, barrel lenght, sight-type, Mag-capacity, finish, etc and I'll see if I can locate one for you and you're dealer. Better yet, go the springfields website:

and provide me with a model number and I will see which distributors might have one for your dealer to order.

I was just at two of the local gun shops and both of them had them in stock. One of them had atleast 2 different barrel lengths in the XD-9. It must just be a certain area thing.

They are plentiful here as well. When they first appeared in this area they were very hard to come by for a few months.

I sell guns for Cabelas and we get them in here and there.......we had alot of 45ACP's but now we are running low on those too. If you happen to come across them, then its luck of the draw.....expect the 2007's around MAR or early APR
