get one...i have one on my 300 win mag and it shoots like my wife's 243 (which by the way seems to be a useless caliber according to some on this web site lolol)....i can shoot it all day long and not be bothered by the gun....i think they are worth the money

So, I guess a .338 Win. Mag. with a recoil pad would feel like a .270 using your comparison?

I have a feeling that you're exaggerating quite alot on the affectiveness of the recoil pad.

Really, I just read where the 243 is supposed to be the second coming in long range shooting. If I did chamber for that, I think I would want the AI for a bit more velocity.

I have 3 of them and they have reduced the felt recoil substantially on every gun. A very good investment IMO.

hey younggun243........i dont know if i detect just sarcasm, or just smartassedness.....and as far as comparing a 338 to 270....if your asking me scientifically what the level of recoil reduction is - how the heck do i know....but as far as exaggerating my opinion that my 300 shoots like my old lady's 243....well, come down to florida, hook up with me and i'll let you shoot it and see for yourself.i think the remington r3/sims products are the new gold standard as far as recoil reduction goes.

What we have here, gentlemen, is a direct descendent of Hercules, b1gcountry, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.

You have to use a recoil pad on a .300 Win Mag? LOL, your pathetic. P*ssy.
