RE: triggersmith.com
Have nothing to do with triggersmith.com but saw the post and pulled theweb page from the google cache. Check out the following web page. At least its still active so it may give you some hope (or it could be just that the bill ain't come yet).Had a similar experience with a guy who I sent an expensive fishing reel to blueprint that took fourmonths and ruined my tuna season. Hope it helps you guys out.

It's getting to the point where I'm going to get the local sheriff involved.

Something is definately amiss. The guy had great reputation and business prior to his accident. A leopard don't change its spots. As posted before a little better communication would go along way. If his recovery took a bad turn I'm sure we would all understand. Just let the folks know. The way it is perceived now is not in the best light.

However, you should seriously think about what you are saying before posting comments like the one above. First of all you know this gentleman was involved in a life threatening accident. Second you know that while it is taking awhile people have been getting their triggers back. Third, you are talking about trying to put his business, actually his entire lively hood, in jeopardy because you are concerned about your 50$ trigger! Is it really worth trying to destroy this very highly respected gunsmiths life fora pittance? In my book that is flat kicking a man when he is down...
Once again, I feel for you. I just recommend doing exactly what I did...waiting your turn until Jim can getsyour part back to you...as I am certain he will. You just have to be patient.

I'm not trying to kick anbody...I'd like to think that somebody overlooking his business would contact his customers to inform them ,or refund their triggers and money. Also ,that $50 trigger renders my $1000 deer rifle useless....and thats the only rifle I own! I personally would be much more sympathetic if I was told wat the situation was ,instead of reading about it on this forum!

I am not out to ruin his buisness, just want my triggers back. I've already replaced one of the triggers, so the reworked trigger will be of no use to me.
I do understand the fact that if a person is downand out, they may lose computer services due to financial circumstances. With that said, I think I'll try snail mail correspondence and give him a few more months to reply.

A person on another forum just got a response from Jim. It appears everyone should be getting their triggers back soon. Here's the link:
