I have always been intrigued by the AR-15 but, partially because of the Brady Billand assault weapon ban in Kalifornia, and because of the cost associated, I could never justify it, especially because it would be almost entirely a plinker for me. Now that I have moved to another state and the Brady Bill has lapsed, I'm tempted to build one to my liking. 
For those of you thinking about building an AR, take a look at the AGI AR-15 Technical Manual and Armorer's Course at HuntFLix. We also have two other AR titles that you might find interesting, Mastering the AR-15 and Precision AR-15with Larry Crow. These are just a taste of the hundreds of titles available as part of the HuntFlix Unlimited DVD Rental program or for purchase. Given the popularity of the AR, we are in the process of adding additional titles as well. (If you have any suggestions, feel free to pass let us know.)
