If a gunsmith is willing to take on the job of removing the choke tube then he feels he can and has the ability to finish the job. If he makes matters worse then he should be responsible for the extra damage since you are paying him for a service. If he feels he might mess it up he shouldnt even try working on it and have the customer contact the factory and let them deal with it. Its like me telling someone I can redo a crappy driveway job someone else did and me not know the first thing about what Im doing. If I screw it up even more then Im going to have to answer to the person who owns it. This is what I was trying to say in my previous reply.
