Revolver Brand
I have been looking at revolvers and was wondering what yall thought was the best brand to get. I have looked at Smith and Wesson, Rugar, andTaurus so far. I am Trying to keep the price somewhere around $500 so if i get a used one thats cool, but was wondering what you thought about the different brands, pros and cons.
Thanks a bunch,

RE: Revolver Brand
I'll give you my opinion
I had a Ruger Super Blackhawk in .44mag. A real good shooting gun. Have owned and currently own S&W revovlers in .38,.357, .45ACP and 10mm. I will stick withDA S&W. I have fired a Ruger SP101 (?) in .357. Did not like the trigger in DA not smooth and seemed really long travel compared to S&W. I guess it depends on what you will be using the gun for.

Taurus, I have two of them.
They are not the best.
But they do have a Life time repair warranty.
It doesn't matter if it is new or used.
They will repair it for free.
I had to send one of mine back, the cylinder wouldn't lock up all the way.
They even paid for the shipping to them, and back to the gun store I took it to.
That says a lot about a Gun Company in my book.
And they are around your price range.
