Removing sights

RE: Removing sights
Just use the screws from the scope mount holes. I think they are the same size. I wouldnt do anything permanent in case you might put the sights back on at a later time. It doesnt look bad and you see no holes. You can take the sights off yourself. Just be careful of the front one. I think it is under the front sight blade. Make sure not to break it off when knocking out the blade. Use something to support the front sight base and punch out the blade from right to left, that is with the barrel end facing away from you.

Filler screws unless you want to refinish the barrel and never care for the sites to placed back on. Most sports shops and any gunsmith should have a couple of filler screws that match the taps.
