I guess I feel that one ragged hole for a string of five shots is a one-hole group..... a one-hole group of one caliber is something else.....

ill be a man and fess up.....i use that term once in a while.....usually when talking about "i need a cheap 22"...my marlin 25 was what 100-150....CHEAP 30 tasco 4x on it......and at the indoor range(30m??) ive shot TACKS! lol...i got VERY bored shooting 5shot groups..so id shot the tacks of other peoples targets lol....but alot of guys DO claim alot of BS on here....and ALL message boards...notice NOT many targets get posted??? the ones that do are pretty believeable MOST of the time...i only believe about 50% of what i read on message boards....the guys that been here a while i know..and know i can trust them....ive never had anyone steer me wrong......but i do love some of the stuff that gets posted once in a while.......

Have you guys ever herd of movable backers, in benchrest competition they are used to confirm that all the bullets actually were fired into the same group.Thats how tight the groups tend to be. And yes there may not be a true one hole group, but many have been regestered under 1/10" and some under1/100 ". Mind you these are usually 10 shot groups, not 3 or5 as we do with our hunting rifles. Like I've said before (don't condem what you don't undersand). I'm not implying that I can shoot to this level, and I don't own equipment that will do it either. I do have two rifles that will do better than 1moa most of the time, and neither cost 1000 bucks.Perfection is to be strived for but never achieved!
