Hi,
I recently received a Colt Python and went to look up some information on it, supposedly through Colt's website and it has disappeared? Guess I've been living in acave but Colt split into two companies? And the consumer based website is? http://www.coltmfg.com/doesn't help at all. Can anyone enlighten an old Cave Man? I own a bunch of Colt handguns, .22's, SAA, Woodsman, and now a Python. If I needparts for one of them, where do I look?

You can only buy the Colt python from the custom shop at colt and any parts will have to come from there to. The last time I checked the python was selling for about $1100.00. hope this helps

Well I guess you have been in a cave. Due to a severe safety issue all Colt Pythons have been recalled immediately!

You are supposed to send them to the factory receiver. Here is the address:
