I shot a 250 lb buck with the SST last year with my 7MM Mauser at 90 yards. The bullet hit dead center in the 10 ring, never expanded and passed thru causing a small exit hole about quarter sized. The big buck whirled around and started back for the neighbors woods...I put another SST 2 inches above the first exit hole with the same results....NO EXPANSION. I jacked another shell in disbelief and just as he started over the fence, he expired. I will never use the SST bullets again. I have gone back to Nosler Partitions in the 7 mag, Sierra Game Kings in the 7MM and '06. Regards, Rick.
