Pretty well any shotgun can be used, as long as it meets the rules and regulations per region. Can you pin point your question a little better?

Ok...I want to go duck hunting and I was wondering what gun could be used for that? I live in GA and I don't know what there rules and regulations are..so yea i might need to find that out..but anyways I have a .22 Rifle and my dad has a few guns. But I just want to know what guns could be used for duck hunting, like what kind of rifles?

Well I don’t about were you live but most places you have to use a shotgun and not rifles for hunting ducks. So something like a 12 ga. , 16 ga, 20 ga. and even 410 but I would to suggest check out the rules before attempting to go hunting.

The one with the least amount of kick would be the 410 and then you could go up to a 20 ga. but like I mentioned before you have check with the regulations to see if the 410 could be used. Good luck....

You also MUST use steel shot or an equivilent non-toxic shot such as hevishot or tungsten. These may be hard to find and/or expensive in gauges such as the .410, or 28.In 20, 16, 12, 10 they are quite common. Shot size is another consideration. I would reccommend in steel nothing smaller than#5 nothing larger than #2.

Good luck and make sure to ask more questions if you have them. We alllike to help.
