Stevens tip up rifle, Sept 6, 1864, octagon/round bbl, walnut stock
Stevens Crack shot tip up rifle
One line, Stevens arms, Chicopee, MA Sept 6, 1864 on bbl, verifying it is an older rifle
Appears to be sleeved down to .22 LR, have not fired it but is working. I CANNOT warrenty it to be safe, however it seems and appears rock solid.
Half round, half octagon bbl, break action load and unload, single shot, brass receiver is beautiful, walnut stock is inlayed with an indian head cent on each side. I have hi res photos that I will email, they are too large to post here due to resolution.
I will consider trades for rifles, shotguns and misc. sporting goods, this gun is valued at anywhere between $500 and $1000. I am seeking 410 and 20 gauge shotguns, 22 lever actions, .22 mag bull bbl rifles, etc.
email me at leveractionhero at yahoo dot com and remove the words and replace it with the proper symbols.
