sighting system for pistol caliber carbine.....
I've been thinking for a little while now that my next gun will be the Berreta CX4 Storm carbine in 9MM. The one gun test I've read on it so far, the author said he used a Leupold red dot of some kind. Now, knowing that anything Leupold will be out of my price range, what are some options for another type of red dot or holo-style sight?
Do they all work pretty much the same way your normal old fashioned scopes do? The site shows it having a Burris Speed Dot on it, is this a good way to go? Let me know, I value you guys' opinions.

IMO a nice toy if you already have a 92.
Any good red dot will do , I would not use a cheap one ( less than $80 )
I would sight it in at 50 or 75 yds
With the current prices of guns and ammo I would go with a 16" AR15
Surplus 223 is cheaper than 9mm most of the time

Agreed, and you could go out to longer ranges with the .223 Rem. But, since I already have 9MM guns but not .223, it makes soem sense. And also I can fire it at pistol-only ranges, which there seem to be a lot of around here.
Thanks for your advice. Do you have an opinion between the tubed or tubeless designs?
