I'VE HAD THEM BAKED BEFORE, THEY TOOK A BAKING DISH AND LAYERED THE BOTTOM OF IT WITH SLICED TATER, THEN THEY LAYED THE WALLEYE ON TOP OF THE TATERS AND ADDED SOME ONIONS AND THEN ANOTHER LAYER OF TATERS, POUR A CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, AND SOME CREAMOVER THE TOP OF THE DISH, AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE THEN TAKE CRUMBLED CRACKERS AND POUR OVER THE TOP OF THE DISH AND THEN BAKE IT FOR ABOUT 45 TO 50 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES, TALK ABOUT GOOD.
