Default After 30 years...mynwife is fishing again

My wife had made a deal about 3 weeks ago..She said if she can help a stray cat stay at our home until she has her kittens and get them adopted that she would sit in the boat with me once per week...I said thats a deal

This morning I boated 4 bass but lost4...She refused to fish because she doesn't want to hurt the fish...When we were dating in 1983 I taught her how to fish..After I lost my 4th bass she says.."Where's my pole?" I'll show you how to catch fish. She made a long cast....starting bumping the black worm back to the boat..The I saw her rear back on a nice 2 pounder and boat him..She says and I didn't hurt him either...she sets the hook immediately...not like me..I let the bass run with it

Proud husband...

Can't wait till Big Bertha starts spawning (-;

Wink

I think it's perfectly appropriate here.

Hope she continues to enjoy it.

I'm going to see what her hook set ratio is...I bet she out scores me...Up to now her biggest fish is 2 1/2 pounds....can't wait to see her deal with a serious hawg..On a slow year she should get over 25 opportunities (-; I'll make sure I take plenty of pics.
