1st Smallmouth of 2012

So I went canoeing today and the hole time i had not luck. We get to the take out spot and i started to fish from the ramp. Two casts later BAM! this guy slams my line 2 feet from shore. he wieghted 1.43 pounds (1lbs 7oz)

Congrats to you on your first smallmouth of the 2012 season...

I couldn't possably put a boat or a canoe in yet.. But it will not be very long now..
