Pheasant tail nymphs, Grey Ghost Streamer, and either a Swiss Swing or CP Swing in silver. In a Lake I would go with a Blue Fox Vibrax . Or a Jointed Chartreusse Rapala, also a copper backed sutton spoon.

Spin: Rapala Baby Bass. Dynamite on Big Trout.
Nymph Fly: Hare & Copper Bead head is the best allrounder.
Dry Fly: Wooly Bugger (Green/Black.)
