My dad has a small farm pond that is full of bluegill about that size. Nothing like doing a saturday afternoon fishing trip with the kids and catching about 20 of them, then immediately fileting them and frying them up with homemade french fries and maybe some frog legs.

I prefer to filet my crappie and dip them in Zatarrains Fish Fry. Then I fry them outside using mypropane cooker. Let'em sit until they float to the top. For extra crispy I let them float a little longer
