    I am at work and haven't had time for lunch yet today, seeing those deep fried beauties didn't help my situation at all, thanks allot. You should have posted a warning, "don't view post on empty stomach" . I am debating printing the pics just to see how they taste....

    I like to fry them whole. If you grab the top fin and pull it out you can peel the meat off the bones in a fillet after the are cooked with only a couple small bones.

    i like them fried whole also with a side dish of cheese grits and sweet iced tea..don't care for hush puupies so i just butter up a slice of bread..

    Just come on in the house Keith..they are in the refrigerator freezer in the kitchen..the venison is in the freezer on the back porch..
