Josh,

pm me if you want to get together and go fishing some time. We have to be living (once you get to WV) very close (grade road south of marlowe myself). I've got access to some private "put ins" on the Shenandoah as well and the fishing there has been very good. I'll be fishing in Montana from 6/16-6/25, but after that, I'll be around. Good luck on the move.

If you're paying for the move yourself and plan on working when you get to WV, don't forget to keep track of the expenses to deduct at tax time.
good luck.

sounds like a plan to me. I've spent many many days on sleepy creek lake, and back creek near hedgesville. I'm on downey orchard road, a few miles from grade road. I know a few people that live in honeywood and will be able to use that private ramp as well to launch above dam 5. My next investment after I get up there with be an aluminum flat bottom with a 9.9 or 15 horse outboard.

hey ...you will be fishing like me..i love my jon..man I can fish places the big boats can't go...When I go to my place at Legs...the other big boats stare at me as they can't get those bif Nitros and Rangers in my area..we've had a drought so alot of the access to those remote areas are unaccessible.UNLESS you got a jon boat...then you can fish anywhere.
They are worth their weigth in ..ah ah ..silver.
