Default Pike, Pike and more Pike + 1 Burbot

So me and a couple buddies decided to head out for some pike and well, we slaughtered them, between four of us we caught about 30 pike missed about 15 flags, man i got a work out running from hole to hole, my one buddy caught a 20lb, 40" pike, HUGE and we stayed for the night fish for walleye and burbot but only managed to get a small 20" burbot. Probably doin it all over again this weekend.

This might appear to be a dumb question but, what is a small 20" burbot?
I have no idea what a burbot is.

I've never caught a burbot but They are some sort of eel or something like that. Awesome northerns, I haven't had that kind of fishing since december.

Burbot are as good as it gets for fine food. Fresh water Cod. We catch a lot of them at night on Oahe.
