LOL I've hooked a 10 foot and an 8 foot gator before....on 10 pound Trilene.They are very easy to fight.They tire easily. They pull 10 yds but then you pull them 15 yds. It's a tug of war. But once he gets close to the boat and disappears like Jaws...I would suggest cuting the line.{ Because by now he is totally peed off}It's all about properly setting your drag .
