Yeah...I would have never believed it but I saw the underwater video of Bigmouth Forever. At certain times of the moon I saw hundreds of bass and they wouldn't even attack shiners without a hook in them. Lures were falling on their back and they would not bite. So yes...sometimes the fish aint biting. Some bass inhaled spinner baits and blew them out and the fisherman didn't even know he had a hit. It happened that fast and smooth.
