I might be getting the new tc venture for christmas and i just wanted to see what all you guys think about this gun.

Well, the obvious answer is this, TC is not gonna let junk go out of their doors..they have spent entirely too much money becoming "the company" to hurt thier reputation by putting out something inferior...that said, it is considered a budget rifle, aimed at competing with the likes of mossberg, savage, weatherby and so on...so the fit and finish may not be as good as the icon, but I think the accuracy will be just as good..have fun and shoot the barrel out of it...
