Open sights, I grew up in N. MN where you cant see more than 75 yards into the woods. I now hunt in the blackhills alot. I use both scoped and nonscoped to hunt in SD, but I prefer the open sights. Of course it is as always just a matter of opinion. My favorite gun for white tail in SD is my model 92 lever in 45 long colt. I hand load for this gun and have had great success with it.
