Thoughts on H&R

I have the H&R Survivor in .308 and it is a nice solid gun. Accuracy is pretty good out to 200 yards. I need a new scope though.

Thats good. .308 is a good round and the H&R is a solid single shot rifle to fire the round in. As long as you are happy with the gun that is all that counts. Put a solid scope on the rifle, the best you can afford and you should have a nice setup for the years to come.

I just ordered one and have a Nikon 6x18x40 waiting for it!

Are you using reloads or factory rounds?
