Default CZ Rifles

Who here has a CZ rifle in 270? What is the barrel length? How is the trigger and how does it shoot? I am going to look at one Friday and wanted a little info first. The guy told me it has a set trigger. Do they all have this or which model do? Thanks

I have a CZ in 204. Its a great gun. Very accurate. It also has the set trigger which is great. I think all of there rifles have a set trigger now.

I have a CZ 550 American in 9.3 x 62...The barrel length is 23.5"...

It is VERY accurate...I get 1/2 " 3 shot groups with 250 grain bullets, no less..

The single set trigger is a very nice feature...It can be used either as a set trigger or a normal single stage trigger, and the single stage pull is easily adjustable..Everyone I have talked to that owns a CZ rifle comments on thier accuracy...I would expect that in .270 it would be a very accurate and effective hunting rig...

Sportsmans Warehouse in Fargo. He also has a new Savage 114 or whatever the fancy Savage is called. It only has a 22 inch barrel though. I am going to look at a Pro Hunter in 270 too. They don't have a 270 Pro Hunter barrel right now though just a standard Encore barrel.

Thanks for going to the work of posting the pictures. That helps quite a bit. I have pretty much decided to go with that one.

Well I didn't get the CZ today but I fell in love with it. I think next week it will be a done deal. I couldn't decide between the CZ and a new Kimber Custom 11 with night sights. The Kimber was 850 and the CZ was 569.00 It is a CZ 550 American. Great looking gun. OH THAT TRIGGER.!!!
