Default Rem 750 range report

Well to make a long story short... The gun shot great... Trigger pull was definetly in the 7# range... I didn't measure the groups so I'm just guessing hear.. But i Would definetly say this gun will shoot 1.0 groups...

I would shoot two about 1/2" apart then trow the 3rd one 1" away...

My best group(1.0") was when I shot 3 rounds one right behind the other and two of the three were different 180gr PSP and one was a 220gr SP[]

Seemed like I shot better with this gun when I wasent really trying to get good groups[&:]

So once again Remington does it again!!!

Good results! I would be inclined to do something with that trigger if its 7# though. You know you wouldn't have a trigger issue if you had only bought a Savage!

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought it was Ruger coming out with the new trigger?

750 is an autoloader, not a bolt action. Last time I checked savage didn't make an autoloader, or ruger. Remington is comming out with a new trigger for the 700 bolt action.

The trigger is called the mark x-pro i believe and will be equipped on some models of the 700 this year. Ibelieve it's being unveiled at the shot show this weekend in orlando, so following that we should know more. Said to boast 40% out of the box pull weight reduction and 100% adjustability. I am sure it will have some safety mech attached to like other production rifles that have user "adjustable" claims, in what formI haven't heard. Funny the 700 always had a adjustable trigger and with the right technique can be made to feel and function like aftermarket costing much more[8D]
