ANYTHING out on the limbs will reduce vibration noise, but not to the point that a deer won't hear the bow. Not incidentally, it will also slow th limbs and therefore reduce arrow speed.

I haven't been able to keep any of the double sided tape one on the limbs.
I have had the blow off in the first cold shot.
I installed the string suppressors on my Parker cyclone.
It is a totally different noise.
With them, when the string stops all noise stops.
