Anyone use a Red Dot?
I'm curious if anybody uses a single red dot for their crossbow? Just picked up a Phoenix Red Dot package (place was sold out of bare bow or lumi-zone packages) and I'm wondering on the feasibility of using this on my bow.
I picked up a spare set of fiber optic sights which I currently have installed. Should I stick with the fiber optics? Put the red dot on, or sell it and buy a scope? Mind you, I plan on heading out Oct. 1st for whitetail.
If I do stick with the red dot, what is a good range to zero in at? 20 yds, 30 yds?
Thanks!

i have a horton tacoma, when i got it i set the pin sight that came with it and was happy. that was untill my wife surprised me with a horton redot, i put it on and the difference is amazing. i have to shoot different places on the target useing the scope as i will tear up arrows if i don't. put at least a red dot on your crossbow the difference will amaze you as well.
