I think I'll give it a try now that I don't have to claim to be disabled to use one.
I see little difference between a crossbow and a compound bow, other than it's ability to stay at full draw once you put it there. You have sights, but so does a compound bow, You have a trigger, but that's no different than a release.
I still feel a bit guilty though since I'll be using it for shots that I can't make with my compound bow.
