RE: Questions of fletching flat nock bolts
I use the blitz jig which works well with just a slight 2-3 degree offset
I actaully used a nock off a arrow and glued it to a fieldtip, which i screw into the flat nock on the bolt. Then i just put it in the blitz like a normal arrow

I use an AZ (THE GREEN ONE for aluminium arrows) on my crossbow carbons, with right helical too. Flat nocks are no problem at all. I'm fletching 2" Blazers. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE FLETCHER OR THE ARROW'S PERFORMANCE.

RE: Questions of fletching flat nock bolts
What I've been doing while being too lazy to order the bolt adapter for my Bitz is using a pencil top eraser with a notch cut into it so it'll fit into the standard nock receiver. I did have to shave the corners down a little bit to make it fit better on the one I dug out of my son's old school supplies. It works, but it's certainly not an acceptable long term solution. Call it 'For Emergency Use Only.'
These are the erasers I'm talking about. They fit onto a 22/64 diameter shaft just fine.

Thanks everyone. I'm going with the Arizona for aluminum arrows and I've been thinking of doing the straight one. I did notice they have two, one degree & four degree from the company I'm getting ready to order from. Any of these degree's better than the other?

Thanks to all for the help and the links. I've ordered the AZ for aluminum shafts and I'm going to try some of those 2" blazers. I've also heard the 4" killer vanes were good, too.
