It's a fast bow that looks quite groovy but has some issues. Be sure you learn how to cock it properly. Shorten the rope, hooks facing out, pull up and toward you while pushing bow out with knee of foot that is in stirrup. Instructions are on the Parker site. Takes quite a bit of effort to cock as the cams have virtually no letoff. It's hard on strings and no fun to change them. Find a place that can service it. Lot of places can't because the bow is so narrow that it's hard to press. (I built my own press and it's still a chore). Use an arrow that is at least 425 grns. Trigger on mine (Cyclone) needed work. I polished articulating surfaces, now it's fine. Bolts holding barrel to stock tend to loosen, loss of accuracy results. Same with stock bolts. I used blue LocTite and snugged them tight (Careful barrel is aluminum).
I'm aware of several instances of factory string breaking. Parker claims that can be causes by dryfires, like when the rope cocker slips. They also say that flat nocks (can?) contribute to same. Person closes to the problem think it was casued by a batch of bad strings (?). I'd stick with factory strings and nocks so as to not invalidate the warranty until you feel comfortable with the bow.
Get a good crossbow target. This thing really slings 'em. One of my shots went through a weak spot in my home made target.....and continued THROUGH a 3/4" cedar board.
I'm shooting Gold Tip Lazer II's, with brass inserts, 2" Blazers and 125 grn tip (125 Slick Trick mags.). Accuracy is very good. Trajectory is like 8" at 40 yards using a 25 yard zero.
If you got the package, you'll find that the Truglo scope that comes with it is marginal at best. I couldn't set it forward far enough for proper eye relief. A VariZone cured that. Even then, you may need extension rings, if you 'crawl the stock'.
