I can't recall a broadhead that will give you a "fast kill." The all cause hemorrhage, rather than shock, like bullets, which usually takes a while. On rare occasions a 'spined' deer may fall on the spot but thats unusual. I rely on braodheads that give me accuracy and good terminal performance (penetration & sizable wound channel). Four bladed, compact braodheads seem to do that best from my X bows. My current preference is Slick Tricks magnums.
another vote for the Slick Tricks. You will no doubt find this is a highly opionated topic, folks have something/anything that works well for them tend to be brand loyal.

Thanks Cossack,

I,ll check the Slick Tricksout, and thanks for the info. I,m going to Gander Mountain tonight to scope out some broadheads and arrows for my son & soninlaws, compound bows, their getting for Christmas. Their prices are high, and they have drove the local sportn'good stores prices higher. i will prob. buy the gifts online, to get a better price. I found a sportn'good st. in Dyersburg Tenn. that is a dealer for the Excal. CB, going to give them a call to see what he has in stock. I like to put a product i'm going to buy in my hands before i make up my mind.
Thanks,
