That depends somewhat on how you hunt and what you're shooting. Assuming you're shooting ammo at around 3,000 fps, at deer-sized target, and you'll be shooting out to 300 yards, I'd sight it in at about 1.5" to 1.75"s high at 100 yards with that load. That will give you a point bland aim (no holdover) out to 300 yards.
PS I love shooting my crossbows....almost as much as shooting the 16 calibers I load for.

Turkey aim point: Just forward of where the top of the leg attaches to the body, where the life support organs reside.
That asssumes you're using a standard broadhead not one of the decapatating Guillotines.
