If it's not the bow....Relizing it may sound like heresy, you may be flinching. Have someone watch you very closely to see if that's the case. Or, you may be moving the bow when releasing the trigger.

Thanks for all the ideas, guys. This weekend I'll do some more shooting to see if I can confirm any of these possible causes. I'll let you know what I find out.
