Default Robin Hood

Buddy came over to do some shooting this morning. He said he hadn't practiced all yr long and archery season is right around the corner. Great morning, nice and cool compared the 113 deg with the heat index we had most of the week. Slight breeze from the south but nothing too bad. I was eagar to try out my arrows after refletching them last night.

After letting him do some shooting (old school compound) to get back into the swing of things and getting his bow dialed in I took some shots while he let his arm rest.

This was at 20 yards trying to dial in my xbow with the new shorter, stiffer vanes.

I love how it pushed the nock down the shaft, and peeled open the aluminum like a banana.. It now sits proudly ontop of my gun cabinet in my den.

Dave

I was happy that my bow is shooting consistant with my new fletchings.

I thought it was funny when my neice asked me why I did it...
