RE: Arrows Adding Weight
I reckon the fiberglas fish arrow cut down should have enough spine to be safe shooting out of CB. Loss of speed on my 558.5 gr. setup is around 45-50 fps. So its going to be in the area of a Vixen, with a big thump![8D]

martinfaw, them arrows ought to turn that bar every way but loose! KLS, on arrow drop up close to 35 yds. won't be much few extra inches. I'll just sight it in like always, i don't shoot deer or other big game farther than 35 yds.[:-][]

Smoke old fellow.. Have you thought abought using a piece of Rebar? Seems that with a little file work you could end up with just about the perfect weight and spine. Heck, you won't even need a broadhead. you can just point a point onto it at your forge.

So tell me smoke old friend... Do you do alot of spear hunting?
I watched a show on TV about a guy tring to use a "atlatal" and it might have worked if he had ten buds and a charging mastadon.
