110 Yards?? Wow
I know all of you guys have hit this link before but I was looking at his 110 yard groups using " Tungston " arrows and am truly amazed rest or not.
How much arrow drop would you get ( ball Park ) at those sort of distances. Must look like an incomingartillary..Makes me feel likehalf a man limiting myself to 30 yards and can't beleive you could really hunt at anywhere near that distance.

I plan on moving back some day just for fun. I figure I can turn my speed ring down all the way which will raise my POI and then just do some good hold over after that. I drop about ten inches from twenty to forty, found that out by accident yesterday. So I would bet at 100 yards it would be maybe three to four feet with just a guess.

Long range target shooting w/ xbows is a bigger deal in Europe than the USA. I believe one of the reasons is the lack of being able to hunt w/ one in a lot of countries over there. Matthias72 does alot of testing and reports results on his web site that Planter linked.
There was a test done and results published in a back issue of HBM, at 100 yds, the mid range trajectory of an Emax is between 22-25 FEET! I lose arrows fast enough at closer hunting ranges, lol.

John, Matthias got his groups from three inches to an inch and a half using Boo strings! I also know someone that uses them in England to whack large rabbits a hundred yards.
